5 bedrooms, 3 baths family house in Jimmit. This house has a main house, middle floor and  ground floor. The main floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room / dining room, kitchen with cabinet made out of local wood with lots of storage space.   A beautiful chandelier hangs above the dining table, recess lighting -creating a most beautiful atmosphere.  A custom made  wooden sliding door leads to the bedrooms. The wood used for the roof are all local wood which is treated and have an effect like solid concrete.   The middle floor has 2 bedrooms 1 bath, kitchen , living/dining room apt. The ground floor is an in- complete 1 bedrooms , 1 bath apt.

Like many communities in Dominica – Jimmit is also a small and cozy community on the west coast – just 15 minutes north of the Capital. It is a  community that built in the early 1990s and still growing.  Great ocean view of the calm Caribbean Sea – great place for swimming and relaxing.
