I am highly interested in the 4.5-acre oceanfront property in Colihaut. This plot fits my vision for a high-end eco-resort using Acanthus-style timber lodges. I have a specific technical approach and need clarification on the following: Logistics & Access: I am importing my own 40ft containers and a Kubota excavator. Is there a flat, stable area near the road entrance to drop a 40ft container? Land Development & Clearing: The vegetation looks very dense on the photos. Once I acquire the land, are there any local restrictions on clearing "bush" and trees to create the access trail from the road down to the secluded beach?
