From the living room you step down (2 steps) to the 2 beautiful large bedrooms and the bathroom is located on the ground floor, they all have views of the ocean and garden. The shower and the toilet are separated – this allows both spaces to be used simultaneously.

From the walkway you may go up the stairs to the top floor or through the back door. The top floor is unique.  It resembles a little wooden creole house with a large living room and an attic bedroom, it is covered in shingles made from local wood (a nice reminder of years gone by).   The bathroom is detached and it is built in concrete.  Wide open terrace 30ft x 40ft with awesome ocean views, hammocks are placed there to swing away while enjoying the sound and sight of nature and the ocean.  What makes this top floor unique is that you can walk around it completely and not be outside. The north, south and west sides of the house is enclosed with open decorative breeze blocks that allows breeze to flow constantly, while the east side is open wide for the view and to let in the Tradewind. An external door accessing a quiet flower garden.

There is no need for A/C but there are ceiling fans in the two bedrooms.

A parking garage for 2 cars substantially built of concrete and a separate concrete built storeroom for gardening and household maintenance equipment
