      Hi, yup it is me. I am hoping to spend extensive time in Dominica on a project. This seems like an old listing. Is it available in January? I will be flying to Dominica, God willing, on January 3rd. I am actually flying out for the Christmas holiday, Tuesday morning, so I may not be able to respond until late afternoon.
